Kepler Academy’s New Summerside Location Opening in January 2025

Exciting news for families in Edmonton! Kepler Academy is expanding its reach with a brand-new facility opening in the vibrant Summerside neighborhood in January 2025. Known for its innovative approach to early childhood education, Kepler Academy is bringing its unique Exploratory Education program to even more families.

Where Is It Located?

The new Kepler Academy Summerside will be conveniently located at 1420 Parsons Road SW. The facility is strategically placed to serve families in the Summerside area, making it easier for parents to access high-quality childcare and early education.

What Programs Will Be Offered?

At the Summerside location, Kepler Academy will offer a wide range of early learning and childcare services, including:

• Infants
• Toddlers
• Preschoolers
• Pre-kindergarten
• Kindergarten-aged children

These programs are designed to foster curiosity, independence, and a love for learning, all based on Kepler’s proprietary Exploratory Education model.

Before-and-After School Care

For kindergarten-aged children, the new facility will also provide before-and-after school care. However, out-of-school care for grades 1 and above will not be available at this time.

Operating Hours

Busy parents will appreciate the extended hours of operation, which run from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. These hours are tailored to help working families balance their schedules while ensuring their children receive quality care.

Healthy Meals and Snacks Provided

Kepler Academy is committed to offering a full, balanced menu of nutritious meals and snacks. Each day, children will be served a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack, all prepared fresh on-site by a professional chef.

Affordability and Registration

Kepler Academy is proud to participate in Alberta’s Affordability Grant program and also accepts government childcare subsidies. Families interested in securing a spot for their child can pre-register now with a fully paid registration fee of $300. If you’ve already paid a waitlist fee, that amount will go toward your pre-registration fee.

Once the center receives its license, parents will need to pay a deposit of $500, and registration will be finalized. All fees are non-refundable.

Center Tours and Enrollment Information

Although the Summerside location won’t be open for tours just yet, Kepler Academy is offering group tours at one of its existing centers. If you’re interested in joining, simply email summerside@kepleracademy.ca with “Tour Summerside” in the subject line.
