Meet Jaswinder Kaur!
With nearly seven years of experience in early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to fostering nurturing and enriching environments for young learners. Originally from Punjab, India, I hold a Level 3 Early Childhood Education certification from Calgary, which laid the foundation for my journey in this field.
Upon relocating to Edmonton, I joined Kepler Academy Early Learning and Childcare, where I have been privileged to grow professionally over the past four years. Starting as an Early Childcare Educator, I quickly advanced to the roles of Assistant Director. This progression reflects my commitment to excellence and my passion for contributing to the holistic development of children.
At Kepler Academy, we embrace the Exploratory Education approach, emphasizing learning through play and discovery. Our mission aligns with my personal dedication to ensuring children’s health, safety, and growth within a nurturing environment.
In my leadership roles, I prioritize maintaining high-quality standards, promoting a positive workplace culture, and fostering strong relationships with families to support each child’s unique journey. Working alongside a team of exceptional educators at Kepler Academy has been a rewarding experience, and I am proud to be part of an organization that values continuous professional development and a child-centered approach.
Beyond my professional life, I am an avid reader, painter, sports enthusiast, and animal lover. These interests enrich my personal well-being and inform my approach to teaching, allowing me to bring creativity and diverse perspectives to my work with children”
